Interested in languages and foreign cultures, I felt naturally drawn towards translating. Holding a Master’s degree in juridical, economical and technical translation, I could first exercise my way with words and my keen eye for detail as an in-house translator in several companies in the Netherlands. Dynamic and meticulous, I care about finding the right words to accurately transcribe ideas, concepts and emotions and I genuinely believe that a high quality translation makes all the difference.
Since 2015, I have also been teaching French as a foreign language (FLE) in Madrid. Teaching has enabled me to question and develop my practices as a translator by approaching languages with a new perspective.
